A yummy cookie recipe that is perfect for the winter season!
It's important to follow the ingredient list, and especially important to have room temperature butter and eggs to incorporate ingredients fully. And use your favorite cake mix!
Do you have to use marshmallow? Absolutely not. Do what you want. You can top with sprinkles, powdered sugar, or leave plain.
Start by mixing your wet ingredients. Next, you'll add in your dry ingredients. After everything is well incorporated, you need to chill the dough for 1-24 hours.
When you're ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350. Scoop the dough and roll into a ball using your hands. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
After 10-11 minutes, remove cookies from the oven and top with marshmallow. Bake for an additional 2-4 minutes. Mallow should rise but not be toasted.
Remove and let them rest 5-10 minutes and cool on rack. These cookies are the perfect cozy treat for the winter season!
