Once it's chilled, scoop the dough and toss in powdered sugar. Then place on the baking sheet to bake.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes and then let them cool on the baking sheet. After they've cooled a bit, you can move to a cooling rack.

Pipe the frosting onto the backside of one cookie and smoosh together with another cookie.
