Ingredient Tip 1

Use pre-cooked chicken to save on time. You can buy it pre-shredded or shred it yourself by hand or in a stand mixer.

Ingredient Tip 2

You can shred your own cheese. This usually helps it to melt better. But to cut down on time, pre-shredded is great.

Ingredient Tip 3

Make adjustments for what you like on your nachos, just keep the assembling and timing the same. Add whatever protein or toppings you'd like.

Layering

Make sure when you layer the nacho ingredients that you start and end with cheese. It acts as a glue to the other ingredients.

Bake

Prep usually takes me about 10 minutes and I never bake for more than 12 minutes. Dinner in under 30 minutes!
