black beans
cooked

yellow bell pepper
deseeded and chopped finely

red onion
chopped finely

Roma tomatoes
chopped finely

jalapeno
minced and deseeded

cilantro
chopped

fajita seasoning
Instructions
Drain and rinse beans and corn.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir.
Top off fajitas, fish tacos, or enjoy with chips!

- Canned or fresh: Corn and beans, either is great for this recipe.
