Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a large jelly-roll baking pan with parchment paper lightly dusted with flour.
On a floured work surface, roll out dough into a round with about ¹â„₈-inch thickness. Lay dough onto prepared baking pan. Place green beans on top of dough, about 1 to 2 inches away from edges. Pinch and fold edges up and around beans and brush dough with oil.
Sprinkle garlic, thyme and salt and pepper over top of green beans.
Place in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve.
