Instructions
In a small pan melt your butter, brown sugar and chocolate. Stir pretty consistently to not burn.
Pour Chex Mix into a large bowl. Once chocolate mixture has melted pour it on top of the Chex Mix and stir with a large spoon.
Spoon half the mixture into a large gallon ziplock bag and add half of the powdered sugar, sprinkles and chocolate eggs. Shake until coated. You can always add more powdered sugar than called for to get the coating even whiter.
Pour mixture out onto a parchment sheet lined baking sheet to let cool and dry. Repeat step 3 with the remaining Chex Mix.
Pour into a bowl for serving and enjoy!
Notes
- Nut-free: This recipe is nut-free as I personally can't have peanut butter. Feel free to add that or sunflower butter if you prefer.
