The ingredients you'll need include: oil, matzo meal, chicken broth, eggs, onion, celery, carrots, chicken, egg noodles, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, parsley, and dill.
You'll start by making your matzo balls. Mixing oil and eggs together. Then adding in your matzo meal and broth. And finishing off with salt and pepper. Place in the fridge.
Base of the Soup
Start the base of your soup with heating up broth, onions, herbs, and seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Shaping Matzo Balls
Once the dough has chilled in the fridge, you'll dip your hands in water and scoop out small balls of dough and shape in your wet hands.
Drop matzo balls into boiling water and turn down the heat to simmer. Matzo balls will float to the top. They usually take 20-30 minutes to cook through, depending on size.
Add in your carrots and celery about 15 minutes before finishing. Then add in cooked noodles the last 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
