So fast and easy to make. Tastes like spring in a glass. Refreshing and tasty.
Make lavender simple syrup by cooking equal parts sugar and water until dissolved.
Add in culinary lavender and allow to steep. Run through a sieve and store in a jar.
Squeeze lemons and add the juice into the glass or a pitcher.
Add in water and simple syrup. Top off with vodka for a cocktail version. Mix with a cocktail stirrer.
Garnish with edible lavender stems or your favorite edible flower or herb.
This recipe makes two cocktails, but can easily be batched to make a larger quantity.
