An easy hamantaschen recipe that just uses 5 ingredients!

Thaw Dough

Thaw your dough, roll it out, and cut into circle shapes.

Filling with Jam

Only a thick jam, not jelly, that will hold its shape and not leak out. Take a spoonful and place in the center of the circle.

Shape into Triangles

Fold into triangle "hat" shapes. Pinch the edges together to make sure they stick. You can use a little heavy cream to pinch them together if needed.

Bake

Brush dough with heavy cream and sprinkle granulated sugar. Bake for about 25 minutes on 350° F until golden brown! Remove and let cool.

Finish and Serve

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top for a finished look. Serve for your Purim celebration.
