strawberries

coconut milk

dried hibiscus petals

Greek yogurt
Instructions
Heat coconut on stove over medium until lightly bubbling. Add dried hibiscus leaves and let steep for 6-8 minutes (liquid should be purple).
Strain liquid with a sieve into the blender on top of strawberries. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Scoop out and eat directly or place in a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap or parchment paper (make sure it is touching the top of the nice cream).
Freeze overnight, scoop and serve.
