Ingredients

avocados

red onion
diced finely

jalapeno
minced – deseeded
▢

lime
juiced
▢
¼
cup
cilantro
chopped

teaspoon
fajita seasoning
▢
diced tomatoes and cotija cheese
Optional toppings
Instructions
Peel, deseed and mash avocados in a medium sized bowl.
Squeeze the juice out of lime and cover the avocado. Mix.
Add onion, jalapeno, cilantro and seasoning to the same bowl, stir well.
Add optional toppings and enjoy.
